I want to get out of this cycle but how?Through these steps I got several idea to realize to business plan!
1. I wrote down what I like and love to do and have fun spending time with it
2. How can this contribute to the others
3. Implement it....
My first idea (I already implemented) was "Thai lernen" for german! Why?
1. I like teaching thai to foreigner and I think I can do it good :)
2. There are many people interested in thai and thailand
How does Thai lernen work?
- thai people (especially student who want to find a part-time job) who live in Germany can teach thai.
- german people who want to travel to thailand or study in thailand and want to learn thai can find their tutor near their home.
- Student has to register for free and give his preference about level, place, etc.
- Tutor also has to register for free and will get requirement list of student (details about level and where).
- Tutor take the offer and then get the contact information about student
- Lesson takes place.
How can I earn money?
- The tutor has to tranfer money to the platform ~ 15 Euro per success matched of tutor and student. Normally the lesson costs 10-12 Euro per hour.
- Advertising (its too minimal that this is not main money source)
3. Implemented this in Facebook under Thai lernen
Challenges
There are some problem (people like to excuse about their unsuccess story ;) )
- I want to promote this website first in facebook because there is the best market for me (costs nothing and a big social network)
- So I have to create a fan page in facebook.
- If you want to create a page in Facebook you have to write it in html code (but it is static) or in FBML. --> This takes time to lerning it and I failed..
- You have to provide some material for the visitor to avoke their interesse to come back to the page again. If this goes well so I will create a website for mathing your tutor!
- It is too much to do this alone :(
Result
I would say this is at least my first project that I have created and (partial) implemented this. Althoug it was not successful, I will find another business idea and realize it...Fighting :)
